Maintaining Your Health Throughout the School Year

Between classes, jobs, extracurricular activities, and our friends and family, it can feel like you’re being pulled in a million directions at the same time. As a result, things can begin to slip through the cracks. Personally, I know I’m guilty of not taking care of myself as much as I should be. One of the pieces that can be the easiest for me to let go of is my physical health, but letting go of this particular element of life can have negative repercussions on the ability to thrive both in and out of school. If this is something you struggle with, too, I’ve made a list below of some of the different ways that I take care of myself physically to perform to my highest potential mentally and socially to try and remedy this problem.
